I’ve been away for a while, a long while actually. Life got, well, life. I started a new job about 2 years ago and that was about the time my posting fell off entirely. Working 60+ hours a week leaves little free time, but as I’m starting to get a hold of my life, moving things forward and upward this site has been on my mind. I truly enjoyed sharing my knowledge with the world, and I’m overwhelmed to see that even in my absence as a deadbeat blogger who didn’t even call on your birthday, you people still seem to be finding your way to my humble little website.
So I’m back. My hiatus is over, and hopefully I’ll have new content coming in hopefully once a week. I’ll try to hold myself to that for your and my sake. I’ve got lots of good stuff to share, 2 years in a new restaurant has learned me a thing or two and I’m excited to share it with you all.
